1. Nature of Donation

All donations made to Bandana Welfare Society are voluntary contributions for our social welfare programs. Once a donation is made, the funds are immediately allocated to various projects including education, health camps, and community development.

2. Non-Refundability

As a general rule, donations are non-refundable. However, we may consider a refund in specific cases such as duplicate transactions or unauthorized use of credit/debit cards.

3. Request for Refund

To request a refund for an erroneous transaction, the donor must send a formal request to bandanawelfaresociety@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction date. The request must include:

• Transaction ID / Reference Number.
• Proof of payment (Bank statement or Screenshot).
• Date and Amount of donation.
• A valid reason for the refund request.

4. Processing Timeline

Upon receiving a valid refund request, Bandana Welfare Society will verify the details. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to the original payment source within 15 to 30 working days.

5. Impact on Tax Certificates

If an 80G tax exemption certificate has already been issued for the donation, the refund will not be possible or will require the return/cancellation of the issued certificate in accordance with statutory guidelines.
